Reproducible Builds by default in Maven 4.0.0-beta-5

I'm happy to announce that we just released Maven 4.0..0-beta-5 with a very 
nice improvement: Reproducible Builds is enabled by default!!!

The story started during our Reproducible Builds Summit in Hamburg, where I 
created the objective in the issue tracker:

Back from the event, the important step was the discussion with the wider 
Maven community:
this change was very welcome by everybody, as we have a multi-year experience 
on having configured our builds for reproducibility, checking on every release 
of every component, and fixing our build when something weird is detected (yes, 
this happens a few times per year)

We're now pushing for Maven 4 to leave beta phase, as it is when this feature 
will be used at larger scale: but here we are, Reproducible Builds is becoming 
the default
