[EXTERNAL] RBSummit 2022! Tentative planning dates

Thank you Stephen for the notices!
I would like to encurage anybody that would like to attend to please
fill in the form.
Currently there are only 7 people in there, which is quite fewer than
what I'd expect!
Tentatively I plan to close the poll on Jun 6th, and make some
conclusion then.
FTR, currently the best-looking date is Nov 1st.
