This was a stream-of-consciousness comment I added whilst I thought of
it. It does not in any way speak authoritatively for Debian, nor is it
even the opinion of the Reproducible Builds project. It was merely a
remark made "whilst I think of it."

In other words, please do not read too much into it — the important thing
I was achieving here is that the packages affected by this issue are
sematically tagged with "randomness_in_perl6_precompiled_libraries" for
visibility/stats etc. This is important so I can focus on the most
prominent issues.

Saying that, you are right as not shipping the precompiled files doesn't
necessary need to be the solution; I only mentioned Python .pyc files
because they vary between interpret versions and are thus dynamically
compiled, but that may not apply here — I simply do not know. I did not
investigate at the time because, again, I was in "categorisation mode"
and just commenting whilst I thought of it.

I'm happy to hear there is a solution incoming however so thank you
for sharing that.

Best wishes,
