Why should Debian not ship precompiled Perl 6 libraries? Isn't 
the whole point of binary distributions like Debian to save the users from 
having to wait for compilation to finish?

Note: while there have been issues preventing reproducible builds of 
precompiled files since MoarVM got hash order randomization a year ago, these 
issues have been fixed last weekend and the upcoming 2019.05 release of rakudo 
will build both itself and Perl 6 modules reproducibly.
