[rb-general] Style Guide Updates

Hey Chris,

I was actually thinking that this work would also include integration of any new designs. After all, that's what we did with the style guide; we integrated it ourselves into Jekyll. I don't know the specifics of how the website or the test pages work, but I consider the HTML and CSS part to be part of the design.

As I said, it would be good to know what priorities you'd address first as I still haven't understood what's the most pressing thing.
