That's... exactly the opposite of how git works. git is much, much, much
better at storing uncompressed content, because then it can compress it
itself just as efficiently (assuming zlib, which PDF uses), with the
additional benefit of deduping identical file fragments.
If you've already given up and decided to just create huge binary repos,
then maybe PDFs would hardly bloat it... but that's not *because* the
PDFs are compressed...
