the agenda will probably something like:

1. brief introductions
2. agree on agenda
3. discussion/questions about the process (hopefully with finding a
volunteer to document this better than in my initial mail in this
thread.)
4. defintion of scope of work (logo, css, etc)
5. actual discussion about the logo design
6. agreeing on the next steps we would like to see implemented
7. finding the next irc meeting

you could:

a.) put the above agenda on some wiki page? Logo/Meetings maybe, or Logo itself
b.) familarize yourself with the logos on that page if you are not
already
c.) copy that process description from said mail(s) to some wiki page,
Logo/Process maybe, or Logo itself.
