[rb-general] Website is neigh unreadable

I can barely read the text and I’m not visually impaired
in any way.
I have attached a screenshot on how the site is displayed on my system.

For reference, here are the W3C rules about minimum contrast:

Please adjust the colors (for the sake of the project).
