Revert "Drop comment on woff-tools (fixed in metasnap)"

Still does not work as debrebuild uses

apt-get download woff-tools=2009.10.04-2+1.3.1-2

And that still fails. Asked for support in:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1133364
