[diffoscope] Announcing try.diffoscope.org

Hi all,

Yesterday I hacked together https://try.diffoscope.org which lets anyone easily try out and then share comparisons generated by diffoscope without having to install it.

The underlying idea is that it will publicise and spread the usage of diffoscope, resulting in net improvements that will feed back into our Reproducible efforts.

As usual, patches welcome.
