[diffoscope] [PATCH] Graphical image comparison using libcaca (v2)

Hi,

Attached is an updated patch with tests as requested. (It adds an
optional dependency on caca-utils in the usual way; I would have
preferred to use "classic" aalib but img2txt is a superior utility in
practice.)
