Building of golang-1.26

Hi,

I'm currently trying to make the golang-1.26 compiler reproducible and I think I may have succeeded. At least, it looks like it's reproducible in forky.

However, in unstable the second build FTBFS very early with this error message:

Setting pbuilder2's login shell to /bin/bash
/tmp/hooks/D01_modify_environment: 29: usermod: not found

Is this a problem in the pbuilder setup or in my packaging? In other words, can I do anything to fix this?
