Hi Chris,

Thank you for the kind words and for reviewing my patches quickly. Given 
that some other open source projects sometimes don’t respond to patches 
at all, this is remarkable!

When sending my first patch, I was still waiting for account approval, 
but in the meantime it got approved (the account uses the e-mail address 
I’m sending this e-mail from). The e-mail-based process was going very 
smoothly, so I kept doing that, but if you prefer, I can submit merge 
requests instead. (I’d prefer that to committing directly, as knowing 
that someone will double-check my changes makes me more confident that I 
didn’t miss something before going live. I’ll try to review other 
changes in return.)
