"Reproducible build" definition in OpenSSF glossary

hi,
when we are talking about reproduciblity here, we mean bit by bit
reproducing something by rebuilding it. Being able to use a blackbox
(eg a binary) to get repeated results a few times is not what we mean
when we talk about something has been reproduced here... sorry.
