Did you consider making the diffoscope output available on
the website as well?
I had a quick look at the website and noticed that sysutils/zsd
(which I maintain) is listed as bad. The log [0] lists the same
"files" checksums I have on my ElectroBSD 14.3-STABLE system,
so I assume the differences are in "some of the manifest files"
which weren't excluded.
