Another tool that creates reproducible output: equivs

Hello list,

There is now another tool in Debian that generates reproducible output: 
equivs.
Building the package has been reproducible for a while, now the output 
of the package has become reproducible as well (by setting 
SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH).

It is currently entering sid and is planned to reach trixie in 10 days.

equivs is a tool to create trivial Debian packages.
