Our goal is to make it easy to reproduce a build, as in "follow these instructions and you'll get a checkmark from the verification script". Of course there are limits to that, but for example for our Android app we publish Docker containers that make it easy to reproduce the build setup.

If that isn't easily possible on Windows, then we'll have to accept that and we'll solve it with documentation.
