new scientific article that mentions R-Bs in the context of software supply chain security

Hello list,

I can finally announce our viewpoint article for the IEEE Security & Privacy magazine Special Issue on Secure Software Supply Chain:
"A Viewpoint on Human Factors in Software Supply Chain Security: A Research Agenda" at https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10315781.
We mention the need for reproducible builds to reach developers and end-users specifically and point out some under-researched topics that we have seen mentioned in our interviews last year and hope to get funding to do more work there.
