Regrettably, the referred blog entry is incorrect:

""[...] something that had never been achieved, to our knowledge, since the
birth of Unix.
We refer to this as the Full-Source Bootstrap"

The author may freely call a binary-seed-based bootstrap "Full-Source".

At the same time, to pretend that a (real) source-only bootstrap never
happened earlier is dishonest.

I find it highly disturbing with repeated promotion of the mentioned
guix blog entry on this list.
