JDK 19+21 early-access build is reproducible

Hey John,

Firstly, just to +1 what others on this thread have already said in
that this is excellent news about an important ecosystem.

Irony of ironies, I discovered and filed a Java .jar toolchain issue
just a couple of days ago. :)  I don't think it's been marked as
"accepted" just yet, though...
