Free Azure credits for open source projects

Hi folks,

Just thought I'd explicitly pass on that Azure are offering free
compute power for open source projects:

  https://opensource.microsoft.com/azure-credits

This might be useful for one of the many rebuilder projects. Indeed,
it would be interesting if they were to support the various cloud
platforms, perhaps in an easily pluggable fashion...

experience an issue in obtaining these credits, then this is just to
