Disabling automatic notifications in #reproducible-builds

thanks for providing this additional data point. we have now acted upon
this and created a new irc channel, #reproducible-changes on irc.oftc.net

for now, the following notifications have been moved to this channel:

- diffoscope distribution tests (which distro carry which version of diffoscope)
- coreboot r-b tests
- freebsd r-b tests
- netbsd r-b tests
- openwrt r-b tests

I agree but then I think the salsa pipeline stuff is not that interesting
for most people...
