I'd go with #reproducible-changes.

However, I'm not entirely happy with that change, as I believe notifications
will go unnoticed and I dont perceive the noise as so bad. And anyone, so
I thought to go ahead with that change and went through all the "jenkins"
scripts doing irc notifications and this is what I found:

most notifications already go to #debian-reproducible-changes or
#archlinux-reproducible but I found some which could go to
#reproducible-changes:

	modified: bin/diffoscope_distribution_test.sh
	modified: bin/reproducible_coreboot.sh
	modified: bin/reproducible_freebsd.sh
	modified: bin/reproducible_netbsd.sh
	modified: bin/reproducible_openwrt.sh

and then I realized those are only responsible for rather few notifications:

- one per week for each of the BSDs and coreboot
- 3 day for OpenWrt (there are 11 different targets and 3 of them tested
  each day)
- 4 or so once a week for the diffoscope distro test

So I realized you (kpcyrd) are probably talking about the salsa ci / commit
notifications for diffoscope, reprotest, the website, the notes, etc?

(*All* of the above notifications are technically relayed by KGB-123, but KGB-123
is not the source...)

For now I've stashed the commit modifying the above bin/*sh files as
I believe those are useful and rather rare notifications, though I'll
be glad to revisit (some of) them as well, and either tune their frequency or also
move them elsewhere.

More data points, please! :)
