Yes, of course. I was a bit frustrated in my inability to
figure out where the permission bits come from.

But apparently, cmake and dh are both innocent here, and I’ve
run into #796257. Thanks for the debugging help; I recently found
out I can commit into the notes repository and will mark the two
musescore source packages affected by this accordingly; let’s hope
for a fix in dpkg.
