[rb-general] pyfai package

In fact the build_man target is called only during the arch all build.
but if an errro occure during the process it create a script which help to debug the error and this script is named <executable>_xxxxx which is a temporary name.
It seems that two of the scripts  had problem during the build of the package.

I need to investigate more.
