[rb-general] upcoming mailing list maintenance

Hi people!

We are going to change the host handling the mailing lists
@lists.reproducible-builds.org (to a VM interely under our control, with
the resources provided by IONOS).

The planned time is the upcoming
    Thursday 9th, at 8 UTC (10 CEST)
We think we will be done within 30 minutes, but I wouldn't be surprised
if it takes up to 2 hours.

During the maintenance time mails should be rejected with 4xx temp
error, so nothing should be lost.
