[rb-general] r-b logo: pantone / RAL colors

We cannot commit to maintaining the style guide in the long run in our free time. What I said was a suggestion as the recent change completely makes it confusing for anyone who wants to use these colors. You are welcome to not take that suggestion into account of course.

If there are any updates needed for the style guide and you wish to pursue that since there are no designers in the RB community as far as I'm concerned, we can talk about that too.
