Alas we can't guarantee that we can have a PDF for all directories in
presentations.git. I bet some don't even build anymore) and ensuring a
strict correlation seems to be large overhead for little gain.

How about:

 * We continue pushing finished and in-progress presentations in
   presentations.git as before.

 * Once the presentation is done, we generate a PDF and add to LFS
   with a matching filename for sanity, but no promise that one exists.

 * We link the PDFs directly from a "Presentations" on the website. We
   need somewhere to link additional resources/details/videos anyway,
   after all!
