[rb-general] Please review the draft for week 149's blog post

I'm dropping the thing here, so it won't get lost:
the diffoscope section needs to include a bunch of commits I merged from
Juliana for the internal refactor from subprocess.Popen() →
subprocess.run() move.

I'll get to it, hopefully today if I remember.
