[rb-general] Outreachy/GSoC for summer 2018

So, you may be aware that Outreachy proposal May/Aug 2018 is now open,
and Debian is also an approved organization already:

Well, I do not plan on driving this forward this summer either.
Last summer I didn't as well, and it proved to be a good choice for
myself (as in, tranquillity, etc).  Also, Jun/Aug are usually just about
the worst possible months for me, so mentoring Outreachy in that time is
really not good.


So, if you believe the Reproducible Builds team should participate in
this round as well, do step forward!
