No; #900409 and #900410 in src:mtools were blocking useful progress on
this merge request. I NMU'd that package, not the installer itself:

Did you consider adding them to somewhere on our website? Whilst there
may not be the optimal place yet it's preferable to adding more content
to the Debian Wiki.
