thanks to *many people* working together,
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/archlinux/ since yesterday has
meaningful results for Arch Linux! \o/

The setup is still very rough and incomplete, but clearly shows that
reproducible builds are possible on Arch Linux today (using pacman build
from git).
