very minor grammatical/meaning clarification:

  s,at that timestamp,at the time specified in the timestamp,


The only other thing I noticed was:

Kind of unfortunate to embed a debian-specific wiki link in a spec that
may not get updated often; if I/we cut-and-paste the content on that
page into a reproducible-builds.org docs page soonish, it would be nice
to link to that instead. Not sure it's worth blocking on that, if for
some reason that takes too long.
