[rb-general] Action required: Scheduling a predictable monthly Reproducible Builds IRC meeting

Hi,

At the recent Hamburg hackathon we decided to restart the IRC meetings
on a predictable monthly cadence.

I will rotate the time of the meeting itself around various European
evening hours (eg. ~18h00 → ~22h00 UTC) both to add some variety and
to avoid too many options. :)

To determine the best schedule for the most people and avoid clashes
with existing meetings, please reply _directly_ to me filling in your
availability with Xs:
