Actually, it’s at http://bootstrappable.org.  I haven’t found the time
to set up certificates.  Maybe there should be a redirect?  (It would be
a bit unusual to redirect from HTTPS to HTTP, no?)

That will stay offline.  It was just a temporary thing until we got
bootstrappable.org registered.
