[rb-general] RFC: Hackfests in May? (was: Reproducible Builds Hackathon, April 7-9 in Hamburg)

I haven't been active at all in the past year, but am interested in
digging back in soon. Portland in May would work well for me; I am
currently in San Francisco and travel to Seattle often.
