Hi, I worked now through the patches. I dropped one patch (cygwin),
because it's a lot #ifdefs. I might rework it later somehow.

I've replaced one thread and it looks now reproducible, at
least I couldn't create a squashfs which isn't reproducible using
OpenWrt/LEDE.

I'm looking for people to test:
- compilation on BSD systems: FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD
- create a LiveCD and see if it's working (tails?)
