[rb-general] distropatches/reproducible-builds

Hi r-b folks

as a follow-up to yesterday's IRC discussion I created a github org and
repo at https://github.com/distropatches/reproducible-builds
to collect patches that we should try to polish and get upstream
so that not every individual distribution has to add them.

For now I added r-b patches from the openSUSE side
but would welcome people adding existing not-yet-upstream patches from
Debian and elsewhere.
