I think we are over-engineering (bikeshedding) this problem…

I think the ISO date (provided in UTC) is perfectly fine as a human-readable
format… so I would prefer that, so that we dont have to do any conversion.

For Debian, we only display one date, when the build _job_ was started, which
is ~20 secs before the first build starts…
