[rb-general] a logo for reproducible builds

why I'm all for renewing our regular IRC meetings, I'm not convinced we
should merge those, for two main reasons:

- we want the regular meeting to be short, an hour at max and we want to
  have time in the logo meeting to discuss the logo at length (albeit
  also an hour in total max, but still…)
- we want Elio and Brennan to attend the logo meeting. So for that I'll 
  pick a time which suits them…
