[rb-general] a logo for reproducible builds

Hey Holger,

First, thank you so much for pushing this. I think it would be a
great goal and target to nail this so we can have some "merch" at
FOSDEM.

I too like the idea of all the arrows facing the same way. Would anyone be
interested in me revisiting/updating my #8 — on which #17 is based — to
copy this semantic?
