[rb-general] Scheduling a trial reproducible IRC meeting

Hi all,

I'd like to schedule a trial IRC meeting for the Reproducible builds
project — it's easier to just try it once and discuss the merits and
drawbacks based on experience, instead of debating them in advance.

Note that contributors from all projects/interests are very welcome,
this is not intended to be at all exclusive to Debian folks.

The meeting will start promptly and will last 1 hour maximum.

   The "ifneedbe" state should be used for slots where you can make it
   but have a strong preference for others.

   All times are in UTC. To reliably convert, especially with respect
