It's not a good idea to add the Debian sid repository to your (quite
old) Ubuntu version.
I would suggest you upgrade your Ubuntu to the newer LTS release 16.04,
or even 16.10. And then install diffoscope and disorderfs directly from
there, without any external repositories.
