Just to clarify:  these times represent times for a regular IRC meeting
related to reproducible builds -- but are they expected to be weekly
meetings?  fortnightly meetings?  monthly meetings?

iirc, we were talking about roughly fortnightly (every two weeks) or
semimonthly (twice a month).

in other words, we're not expecting people to make themselves available
at times they agree to here every single week.  right?
