 * FIXME: Holger Levsen found over 400 [source packages in bookwork without .buildinfo files](https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/bookworm/amd64/index_no_buildinfos.html) so on May 20, June 13 and 14 and June 19, he uploaded 404 source packages with no source changes, except modifying d/changelog to force a rebuild on a buildd, which will result in packages with .buildinfo files. Currently bookworm only shows 8 packages without .buildinfo files and those 8 are fixed in unstable and should migrate shortly. Debian unstable will (currently) always have packages without .buildinfo files, as this is how they come through NEW; however as these packages were not built on buildds, they will never migrate to testing and thus in future, testing should never have packages without .buildinfo files again.
