+* An issue was discovered reproducing Arch Linux packages which where previously reproducible. After some investigation it was discovered that the CFLAGS where different in the two builds, in Arch Linux the [devtools](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/devtools/) package determines the build configuration. In repro it however copied the makepkg.conf from the pacman package instead of the devtools package which was [fixed](https://github.com/archlinux/archlinux-repro/commit/9293d6f1e2197b63aaffb4936735eaebdd5e4620) in the latest repro release. This bug uncovered a new issue, when Arch Linux release a new devtools package with different CFLAGS for example old packages are reproduced with two different CFLAGS. Levente Polyak has send a [patch](https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacman-dev/2021-April/025044.html) to the pacman mailing list to record the used devtools package when building in the BUILDINFO file. Now repro can install the makepkg.conf file used during building when reproducing packages.
