[diffoscope] diffoscope unable to use dumppdf.py

Thanks for the report. I think the fix is fairly straightforward:

Let me know if that works for you. (I plan to release diffoscope again
later this week if it is more convenient for you to test released versions
over patches or Git HEAD.)
