[diffoscope] zipinfo vs. zipdetails

Hi team, I'm a long-time diffoscope user and can't live without it!
Is there a way to compare .zip and .jar files using zipinfo instead of
zipdetails?
tl;dr
The biggest obstacles to reusability I typically see are non-deterministic
modification timestamps in zip metadata. For my use-cases, the output of
`zipinfo` is usually sufficient.
However, diffoscope 263
<https://lists.reproducible-builds.org/pipermail/diffoscope/2024-April/002766.html>
seems to have replaced `zipinfo` with `zipdetails`. While I appreciate that
some might need the more low-level debugging that `zipdetails` provides,
I'm worried that the output I want to expose to my engineering colleagues
is too verbose.
Thank you in advance,
Kyle Moore
