Hi Aman,

procyon-decompiler was temporary removed as a build-dependency for
diffoscope: this, in turn, means it is not installed into these
containers.

This was done in this commit here:

   https://salsa.debian.org/reproducible-builds/diffoscope/commit/a0f77fa26dc8cecbabff60cb265c08ace56077e0

… and as mentioned there, the reason is that it was removed from
Debian 'testing' due to this bug:
