[diffoscope] Comment should be about line endings instead of ordering difference

Hi,


I have attached a diffoscope output for a maven artefact. It shows that there is a diff in `META-INF/maven/ch.qos.logback/logback-access/pom.properties` at line 28 of JSON file and the comments explain that there are "Ordering differences only". However, the diff is only in the line endings and not in the order. The reference version only has line feed characters while the rebuilt version has both line feed and carriage return as line endings.
